Why should I Superbloom?

Superbloom exists to help busy, health conscious people train their brains to experience more long term happiness. We have combed 1,000’s of academic studies from institutions like Harvard, Yale, the NIH, Stanford, etc and distilled them into simple, daily “Blooms” that have been empirically shown to increase your resilience to stressors and boost long term happiness.
