What You’ll Do

Set Product Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with our company's strategic goals, ensuring long-term growth and market leadership.

Specify Technical Architecture: Define the technical architecture and infrastructure necessary to support the product roadmap, while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Plan Releases and Prioritize Features: Establish release timelines, prioritize features based on a careful balance of business objectives and customer needs, and manage the product roadmap effectively.

Wireframe the Site & App: Utilize your creative and analytical skills to wireframe user interfaces, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience across our web and mobile applications.

Write Product Specification Documents: Develop comprehensive and clear product specification documents that outline features, user stories, and technical requirements to guide the development process.

Stay Up to Date on Competitors: Monitor the competitive landscape to identify industry trends, benchmark our products against competitors, and seize opportunities for differentiation.

Manage Usage Tracking: Implement and oversee usage tracking mechanisms to gather valuable insights into user behavior, product performance, and feature adoption, driving data-informed decision-making.

Understand Customer Needs: Engage with customers through interviews, user testing, and feedback analysis to gain a deep understanding of their needs, pain points, and desires, ensuring that our products are user-centric and drive customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration), or equivalent practical experience. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role, successfully launching and scaling digital products from conception to delivery.

Strong technical background, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and understand complex technical concepts.

Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to transform high-level vision into actionable plans.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the knack for inspiring and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.

Passion for user experience, with a demonstrated track record of championing customer-centric approaches and delivering exceptional user journeys.

Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment.
